Editorial Senior Photography-What sets it apart-vintage car session
Editorial Senior Portraits-San Antonio Senior Photographer-Alamo Heights HS senior guy session with a vintage car theme.
Are looking for something above basic- not like those traditional boring headshot senior photos like in your yearbook? Editorial portraits are more magazine styled portraits that make a statement and one of a kind.
Editorial sessions include planned outfits, and location scouting. Themes, hobbies, or props ( guitar, sports gear, your ride) are intentionally included to build the personality and share your story.
As my senior rep for Alamo Heights High School this year, he had a full custom portrait experience with several sessions throughout the entire year. This blog is to share just one part of his story as each senior portrait session is meticulously planned to understand their vision and their story using questionnaires and mood boards. This editorial session is to feature just one his interests-Vintage cars . Your ride is an extension of your style, your journey, so we featured three convertible vintage sports cars- the teal vintage 1964 Pontiac Tempest, the blue with black detailing Dodge Challenger, and the red 1970 Corvette. Senior year is the victory lap and it was time to stand out with Iconic Muscle cars. The styling of each session is planned from casual shorts and Tees to full GQ styled suits for a different vibe to match the car or location.
The Red Corvette-your hear and see this one coming, this represents this boys confidence in himself and his beliefs.
The Pontiac tempest- with it's cool teal color represents his laid back style, with a nod to tradition.
The Dodge Challenger- synonymous with contemporary performance and power shows off this boy's determined personality.
His year is still in high gear but not at the finishing line, yet so check back for more images on the blog for the rest of the story!
